Dr. Botero completed her radiation oncology residency at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University, where she served as Chief Resident in her final year. After her graduation, Dr. Botero joined Radiation Oncology faculty and served as Director of the Radiation Oncology Department at Veterans Hospital of St. Louis, MO. She joined Radiology Associates of Hollywood in 2005. Dr. Botero’s experience in radiation oncology includes 3D planning external radiation therapy, IMRT, HDR and LDR brachytherapy treatment for head and neck, breast, soft tissue, and gynecological malignancies, intracranial stereotactic and body stereotactic radiation therapy, Gammaknife, Y90-Liver microsphere infusion and thyroid ablation and therapy.
