Dr. Sundararaman initially received graduate training in Radiation Physics at the University of Cincinnati.  A medical graduate from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, he completed his residency training at the National Cancer Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD.  After pursuing specialty training with his brachytherapy fellowship at the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center, Dr. Sundararaman was on faculty at Cornell prior to his arrival to the South Florida area.  In addition to memberships in many peer organizations, Dr. Sundararaman has served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Public Health Service.
