Biography

Nicholas Mazzuca, RRA, joined Radiology Associates of Hollywood, Inc. in the capacity of Registered Radiologist Assistant (RRA) starting in August 2024.

Mr. Mazzuca has been working full time as a RRA for over 20 years, providing Department Leadership and Assistance to Interventional Radiology Residents and Fellows.

Mr. Mazzuca has worked under the direction and guidance of the Department of Interventional Radiology to provide exceptional patient care and assist with minimally invasive image-guided procedures.

In addition to his career, Mr. Mazzuca enjoys teaching and training traditional Japanese Shotokan karate with Japan Karate International, of which he is Technical Director. He is an avid surfer and enjoys surfing and surf-related travel with his wife and two sons to new and interesting locales whenever the opportunity arises. Last but not least, he appreciates Italian cooking and takes pride in being the family chef.
